Approach

My progression from Sales to Global Commercial Operations shapes how I approach transformation today. I design solutions that work within the realities of pharma, including regulatory complexity, matrixed organizations and competing priorities. Having led enterprise-scale initiatves and navigated multiple reorganizations, I understand what drives sustainable change and what undermines it. Execution discipline is essential. So is employee buy-in. I combine structured program leadership with pragmatic, people-centred change management to ensure solutions are implemented, adopted and sustained.

Nicol Drayton, MBA, PMP

I’ve spent more than 25 years in biopharma across commercial, digital and operational roles. My career began in Sales and Market Research at Novartis and I later joined Pfizer, where I progressed through Marketing, Marketing Effectiveness, Commercial Operations, Digital Excellence and Global Biopharma Operations leadership roles spanning Canadian and global organizations.

While my roots are in large global organizations, the operational rigour, frameworks and experience I bring are equally valuable for emerging companies that need senior commercial expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. I founded Sando Consulting to help life sciences organizations move from strategy to execution, simplify complexity and build scalable commercial and operational capabilities.
